Some info about the MO community:
- Started in 1995
- well established with beautiful parklike common areas
- 22 shareholders, most have built their houses
- Community size: 400 acres, with nature reserve forest area, walkways,
therefore no dogs and cats on the property
- 2 access points (one 7 minutes to Mullumbimby, the other 12 minutes to Byron Bay)
- Internal bore water reserve
